​Positive psychology is the scientific study of what enables individuals, families, groups and communities to thrive.

Positive psychologists study things like gratitude, hope, curiosity, resilience, imagination and optimal experiences. If you want to know more have a look at this organisation set up by the founder of positive psychology, Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania: Positive Psychology Center.
